Shipping policy

There is a 4-7 business days production time on each order. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed and finalized. TRACKING NUMBERS are sent once orders are finalized. Average shipping times are listed below.

***PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ORDE,AND ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. We will not be making any corrections or ad-ons to orders that are already finalized.***

• United States: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment).
• Canada: Avg. 10 -  15 business days (after fulfillment). 
• United Kingdom: Avg. 10 - 15 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Australia: Avg. 15- 20 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Rest of the world: Avg. 10 - 25 business days (after fulfillment).

Products are shipped under one of the following carriers FedEx, dpd, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, UPS. 

Shipping cost depends on the country of shipment, fuel fee, package size, package weight and VAT charges for some countries. In order to check the precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

For any concerns about your order/s after it has been shipped feel free to contact us. However, the dedicated shipping provider is responsible for any further handling of the packages/s after it has been shipped.

All Products are securely packed and sent through FedEx, dpd, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, UPS couriers. Every Product has its individual tracking number. Once the package has shipped ,a Tracking Number shall be send to the customer. In case of a forgotten Tracking Number, a User can obtain it by logging into their account and checking their purchase history.
